How do I care for my new Jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, store pieces separately in a dry, safe place to prevent scratching and tarnishing. Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals, as these can affect the finish over time.
Gold filled jewellery is highly durable and made for everyday wear, but we still recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or heavy exercise to maintain its shine for longer. Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time—simply polish gently with a soft silver cloth to restore its original glow.
With a little care, your CK Gems pieces will stay beautiful, bright, and wearable for years to come.

Shipping and returns?

Shipping

We offer complimentary Australia Post Shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia.
All orders shipped outside of Australia will be subject to Duties and Taxes upon receipt. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

Exchanges and Returns

Once an item(s) has been purchased and received, it cannot be returned or refunded because the purchaser changed their mind. All items are made to order and sales are final.

We take care to ensure that our products are quality checked before being dispatched. However, if an item does reach you in a damaged condition, please inform us via our contact form immediately.
 
We shall request that the product is returned unworn and in its original packaging for repair or replacement to be dispatched if deemed faulty. If an item is sent back to our workshop, it must be sent back to us with a tracking number.
 
Our quality control team will check the item and either email or call you.

If an item is faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item. If you notify us later than 24 hours, we cannot offer a repair or replacement.

What materials do you use?

We love using all things natural. Our jewellery is made of Sterling Silver and 3 Micron or gold filled rose gold or yellow gold where indicated. We also have an exclusive non tarnish copper and brass collection.

3 Micron
 3 micron it is a much thicker layer of gold that gives the pieces their long-lasting colour. We use 3 micron thick layered over sterling silver.

Gold-Filled Jewellery
Gold filled jewellery is a high-quality alternative to solid gold, created by bonding a thick layer of real gold to a base metal. It offers the look, feel, and durability of gold at a more accessible price point, and is designed to last significantly longer than standard gold plating with proper care.

Alloy composed by weight of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals.
