We offer complimentary Australia Post Shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia.
All orders shipped outside of Australia will be subject to Duties and Taxes upon receipt. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
Once an item(s) has been purchased and received, it cannot be returned or refunded because the purchaser changed their mind. All items are made to order and sales are final.
We take care to ensure that our products are quality checked before being dispatched. However, if an item does reach you in a damaged condition, please inform us via our contact form immediately.
We shall request that the product is returned unworn and in its original packaging for repair or replacement to be dispatched if deemed faulty. If an item is sent back to our workshop, it must be sent back to us with a tracking number.
Our quality control team will check the item and either email or call you.
If an item is faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item. If you notify us later than 24 hours, we cannot offer a repair or replacement.
